This franchise has been operating in El Salvador for 15 years. It has a network of over 130 agents in 10 offices to support the promotion of purchases, sales, and rentals of properties.

(iv) An important added value is the organization of an open house, where network colleagues are invited to visit the property with clients and also to promote it.

(v) Taking photographs, videos, and placing property for sale signs (if applicable).
